Requirement Finalization
- Site Allocation & sharing the layout and drawings
- TR fills BOQ (build over quantity, scope & details of work)
- Discuss & finalize the BOQ (appoint a site supervisor)
- Finalize Commercials (Basis BOQ) and Release PO
Planning
- Activities List is Prepared
- Timelines are committed
- Material list finalization and Order Material
- Vendor finalization and confirmation
- Activities are divided in Primary and Secondary.
Execution & Completion
- Primary activities are assigned to L1 Vendors and they start the core jobs
- Site supervisor execute the plan by accommodating small changes/additions
- Periodic review of the progress over email, phone and WhatsApp
